Wide-ranging prosthetic abutment system

The clearly arranged abutment assortment covers all the requirements of modern implant dentistry and allows solutions of the highest esthetic quality. The CAMLOG line of abutments is wide-ranging and yet efficient.

All abutments are color-coded to match the implants. After making the master model, the implant abutment is based on color-coded selection abutments. Thus, there is no longer any need for expensive and complicated storage of abutments, either by the dentist at the prosthodontist or dental laboratory.

Esthomic Line Abutments

Esthomic Line abutments have an anatomical shoulder and are offered straight and angulated in two gingiva emergence heights (1.5 und 4 mm).

Standard Line Abutments

Standard Line abutments have a straight shoulder and are offered in two gingiva emergence heights (1.5 and 4 mm).

Ceramic Abutment

Ceramic abutments are used whenever particularly high quality esthetics are called for. Because zirconium oxide is used, the indication is not restricted to the anterior area but extends to the entire dental arch. The ceramic abutment consists of a titanium base, a zirconium oxide sleeve, and an abutment screw. After preparation on the model, the zirconium oxide sleeve is bonded to the titanium base. The procedure enables optimal esthetic results to be obtained and tailored to individual situations by trimming, firing, and tinting the ceramic abutment. Gingiva height is 4.0 mm.

Inset Abutment

The inset abutment is the obvious choice for narrow spaces because of its slender straight shape (no flaring). The shoulder is shaped anatomically. Gingiva height is 1.5 mm.

Temporary Abutment

The temporary abutment consists of a high stability PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin that is easy to work with in grinding or the application of self-curing polymer. It is especially suited to immediate provisional restorations in addition to long-term provisionals. Gingiva height is 4.0 mm.

Bar Abutment

Bar constructions are in many cases the best solution for removable prostheses. The bar abutment offers an extensive choice of fabrication options using prefabricated and custom-milled bars because of the wide variety of secondary components available. Burn-out, cast-on, solderable and laser-weldable bar bases are available for bar abutments. In addition, the Passive Fit System is an option, which consists of a burn-out bar sleeve and a titanium bonding base. This provides the option of fabricating cast bars that offer a passive fit. The bar abutment comes in three gingiva heights: 0.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 4.0 mm.

Ball Abutment

The Dalbo PLUS ball abutment is composed of a ball-shaped male part and a receptor matrix part. The retention strength of the matrix is adjustable in steps from “weak“ to “strong“ through the retention plate insert. This makes the ball abutment eminently suitable for suprastructures. If necessary, the retention plate insert can be simply replaced by unscrewing it. The gingiva heights are 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm.
